Indoor Classes Update

Our indoor group exercise classes resumed on Monday 17th May as per the government roadmap.

Some memberships were automatically unfrozen on Wednesday 7th April. Members who froze because of classes have now also been unfrozen as of Tuesday 11th May. Membership not unfrozen? Request to unfreeze your membership.

Group Exercise Classes

Ordinarily we offer over 300+ fantastic group exercise classes each week within our leisure centres across Salford. With everything from the essentials of Aerobics, Spinning and Circuits to Pilates, Push & Lift or Zumba, we have classes designed for cardio workouts, strength and conditioning, flexibility, relaxation and posture; we know you’ll be able to find a class that suits your needs.


To book online or via the app, an email address and password is required. Set up a password here. Already set up? Book and manage your class bookings.

We reserve the right to change the time of and / or cancel any classes with notice.

You can book onto a group exercise class by using any of the following methods:

Members can book classes up to 7 days in advance. Non-members can book classes 3 days in advance with payment in full at the time of booking

From 2nd January 2021, we’re changing our cancellation policy for gym sessions, swimming and group exercise classes.

If members don’t show up to an activity session or fail to cancel, they will be charged a dishonour fee.

  • Anyone booking any activity session that starts before 9am must give at least 8 hours’ notice to cancel.
  • Anyone booking any activity session after 9am must give at least 2 hours’ notice.

If members do not cancel within the outlined timeframe, they will be charged a £3 dishonour fee.
