Meet Chris Smith – Head Coach & CF-L1 Trainer CrossFit SCL
Chris has worked for SCL for 22 years, during which he specialised in Community Sports Development, programme and event management, funding, club development, junior & adult fitness, training opportunities and sports and recreational delivery.
He is a passionate sports enthusiast with National Conference, Lancashire County, Great Britain (Presidents & Eagles) Rugby League honours as well as representing Salford Red Devils for 3 seasons and being selected as captain at each level.
An enthusiastic and motivational fit-pro with over 10 years’ experience of fitness instruction, strength & conditioning and athletic training programming, helping 100’s of clients and members attain their goals.

Agnes has over 10 years of experience in delivering personal trainings and group exercises. She is passionate about keeping fit. She’s taken part in fitness figure and bikini competitions. She is ready to share her enthusiasm and motivation by acting as a strong role model and source of knowledge and support for every client.
She is a fan of strength and resistance training, raised in Olympic Power Lifters Family!

Nikko has been involved in sport and fitness from a young age, having represented his home country, The Bahamas, in World Cup qualifiers at just 16 years old. During his football career he also found a love of coaching through involvement in the youth programs.
After leaving to start a new life in the UK, he decided to follow his passion and completed qualifications in Sports Science at Exeter College and University of Salford, eventually making Salford his new home. In his final year of university, he chose a Strength and Conditioning pathway and found CrossFit as a great way to put his knowledge into action. This led him to start an internship at his box and begin a career as a CrossFit trainer.
