CrossFit Kids school holiday sessions

We’re excited to bring you our first ever CrossFit Kids sessions across the Summer holidays at our brand new CrossFit SCL box at Ordsall Leisure Centre!

The sessions will pair fitness and fun, led by our friendly Head Coach Chris Smith.

CrossFit Kids is a fun strength and conditioning programme that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness.  In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts / games that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well- rounded athletes physically and mentally.

Cost: £40 per week (Monday to Thursday)
Age suitability: 8 to 12 years

CrossFit SCL Open Day

Saturday 26th June, 9:00am – 1:00pm
Ordsall Leisure Centre

We’re delighted to invite you to the CrossFit SCL Open Day to come and take a look around our brand NEW CrossFit box, meet the team and have a go at a CrossFit session. Everyone can take part, whatever your background or fitness level.

Our team of qualified CrossFit instructors, led by Chris Smith are on hand to guide you on your CrossFit journey and help you achieve your fitness goals, whatever they maybe.

All abilities and experience welcome whether you’re an absolute beginner, intermediate or experienced at CrossFit.

9:00am – 10:00am CrossFit Foundations Technique Class (Beginner) followed by CrossFit Foundations Workout of the Day (Beginner)
10:00am – 11:00am SCL Synergy – CrossFit Gymnastics Development (Beginner +) followed by SCL Synergy Workout of the Day
11:00am – 11:30am CrossFit Mayhem Workout of the Day – (Beginner +)
11:30am – 12:00pm CrossFit Mayhem Bodybuilding (Beginner +)
12:00 – 12:45pm CrossFit Kids (Beginner, open to 8 – 12 year olds)
