Our Leisure Centres are re-opening!
As we follow the guidelines set out by the government in their roadmap to recovery plan, we’re delighted to confirm that our leisure centres will be re-opening on Monday 12 April.
We’re looking forward to welcoming you back once again, so you can continue your fitness journey with us.
In line with government regulations, gym sessions and swimming can resume. But, as per government guidance, group exercises classes are not able to restart until Monday 17 May, at the earliest.
However, we will be starting a new programme of SCL Al Fresco / Zoom – outdoor exercises classes. Look out for more details coming soon on our social media channels.

Your membership will automatically be unfrozen from Wednesday 7 April. This means you can book your gym and swim sessions in advance of our centres re-opening on Monday 12 April. Remember to book your session:
However, if you are not ready to return just yet, you can request to keep your membership frozen now. Simply complete a request to remain frozen form.
If you pay by direct debit, your first payment will be pro-rata’d based on your existing monthly payment date.
If you have an annual membership and have paid upfront, you will have the time lost due to closure, added to the length of your membership.
We will be following the same guidance as per previous lockdowns. All our COVID secure procedures continue to be in place in our centres:
If you haven’t already got our FREE app, simply log onto your app store on your mobile, search for Salford Community Leisure app and download.
