COVID-19: New procedures for visiting our leisure centres

We’ve been working, so you can get back to working out and back in the pool!

Throughout the lockdown, we’ve been working hard to be able to welcome you back to the gym, classes and the swimming pool. Safety and cleanliness are our two main focuses.

A visit to our centres will look different, but we’re following government guidelines around social distancing, introducing new cleaning procedures and new ways to book and use our centres.

All customers need to be aware of these new procedures.

Unfreeze your Membership

If you’re ready to come back to our centres, you MUST unfreeze your membership before you can return. Complete our online form to unfreeze your membership.

Booking in Advance

Social Distancing

We’re limiting the number of customers in our centres at any one time and have added floor markers to help maintain the 2 metre rule.

Changing Rooms

Our changing rooms will not be open. Please arrive ready to workout.

Contactless Only

We’re only accepting payment via contactless or mobile payment.

Which centres will be open?

Our centres will be re-opened through a phased approach. We’ll contact members as and when centres re-open.
