As you know, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we’ve had to implement new procedures for visiting our leisure centres. A visit to our centres will look different, but we’ve implemented these new procedures to help keep you and our staff safe.
Perhaps the biggest change to our operating procedure is that you now have to book in advance before you visit. Check out our FAQs where all your questions should be answered. If not, please email us where we will be able to help you further.
Members can book 7 days in advance whilst non-members can book 3 days in advance.
As of the 1 October, all memberships have been automatically unfrozen, this means you can now book a gym session, swim or group exercise class.

Visiting our centres
All members/non-members must book, whether you want to use the gym, attend a group exercise class or go for a swim.
To help keep all our members and staff safe, we advise wearing a face mask in all communal areas of our centres. This includes if you are watching a swimming lesson, waiting for a group exercise class to start, in our reception areas or in the changing rooms. You should not wear a face mask whilst exercising.
