Come along to knit and and natter with likeminded individuals!

The rhythmic motion and focus of crafts like knitting can distract from the symptoms of anxiety, stress and depression and even reduce the physical symptoms like high blood pressure and a fast heart rate.

Sessions run every Thursday from 1.30-2.30pm.

Open to all, from those new to the hobby or seasoned experts. No need to book just turn up.
