MAPAS logoThe Arts Centre provides opportunities for children, young people and adults from all areas of Salford to participate in a wide variety of ensembles, including: bands, orchestras, choirs and theatre groups.

Ensembles perform regularly in Arts Centre showcase concerts as well as at prestigious venues across the region such as The Lowry and Bridgewater Hall.

Senior ensemble members are afforded the opportunity to perform abroad as part of biennial concert tours and junior ensemble members often attend residential weekends to work on exciting performance projects.
