Easter Holidays Football Camp with Foundation 92

Kids can get a kick out of half term with our fun football camp. This specialist football coaching holiday camp will take place at the newly refurbished Salford Sports Village. Operated in partnership between Salford Community Leisure and Foundation 92, it offers children aged 7-12 the chance to get active and out on the pitch for some quality coaching from qualified instructors.


Ordsall Hall Gardens Easter Egg Hunt

Monday 29 March to Sunday 18 April 2021, during the Hall’s opening hours
Ordsall Hall, £2 per child, booking required

Museum Curator, Rabinsky the Rabbit, has hidden his precious jewelled eggs in display cases across the Museum Gardens. But he now must find them ready to send them to a Spring Egg Exhibition in St Petersburg, Russia! Come and help Rabinsky spot the 10 jewelled eggs hidden in the gardens and solve the anagram accompanying each egg, to find out how he will transport this precious cargo to Russia?


Stand Up Paddleboarding and Kayaking

Friday 2 to Sunday 18 April 2021, various time slots available
Salford Watersports Centre, £10 adults / £6 juniors

Give stand-up paddle boarding or kayaking a go this Easter! These sessions are perfect if you want to practice your skills or just have some fun. They provide an excellent opportunity to get out on the water either.


Online Workshops with Salford Museum & Art Gallery

Wednesday 7 and 14 April, 1pm and 2.30pm
Online via Zoom, FREE – donations welcome

Take part in a fun online workshop inspired by favourites from our collection. Join artist Paul Pickford for some drawing activities – all you need is paper and something to draw with plus colours if you have them.

Sessions will last around an hour and are perfect for children aged 8 – 12.

Healthy Holidays provides fun physical and enrichment activities for Salford children and young people in the school holidays, from a range of partners across the city.


FREE fun-filled activity Packs are also available to order via Shopify for your child to enjoy over the Easter holidays. Packs are available for collection from your chosen venue on Tuesday 6 April between 10am and 5pm.

Activity packs include games, puzzles and craft activities to take part in from your own home.


Please note: The above Healthy Holiday clubs and activity packs are for children aged 11-16 who are residents in Salford, and in receipt of free school meals. The only exception to this is the provision at SCL which is 8-16 years.
