Salford Wellbeing Walks can help and support people to become more physically active to improve their health and wellbeing.

Salford Wellbeing Walks are free short local walks up to an hour in length from the doorstep. They are designed to help you become physically active, improve your health and wellbeing.

The walks offer a safe, relaxed and sociable environment in which to walk and are designed to help you meet your 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise each week.

Salford Wellbeing Walks are co-ordinated by Salford Community Leisure and form part of the Ramblers Walking for Health national programme. The walks are led by trained volunteers and are up to one hour in length, with some walks offering a 30min shorter walk.

Join our closed Facebook group ‘Salford Walking Group’ to find out more about walks going on.
