Combining simple dance routines along with the use of equipment including ribbons, scarves, pom poms and parachutes, the fun routines and activities are designed so that everyone can join in and have a good time.
Classes consist of fun routines and activities that are designed so that everyone can join in and have a great time. These classes are suitable for everyone including wheelchair users and those with limited mobility.
Parents / Carers stay at the session and we encourage parent and carer involvement for children and young people who require additional care and support needs.
