Welcome to our CrossFit SCL box, located in Salford Quays at Ordsall Leisure Centre. All abilities and experience welcome whether you’re an absolute beginner, intermediate or experienced at CrossFit.

Unless otherwise stated, this centre is closed on bank holidays.

Brand new CrossFit equipment including:

  • Two rigs
  • Multiple squat racks
  • 15ft climbing ropes
  • Onsite free parking
  • Changing rooms

The timetable currently boasts 46 classes per week from 6am – 8pm including:

  • CrossFit Mayhem
  • Aerobic Threshold
  • SCL Synergy (functional gymnastics)
  • SCL Barbarians (Olympic lifting)
  • Hero Training (longer WOD’s for those that like a challenge)
  • Open Gym…and more on the way including CrossFit Kids!
  • Accessible to wheelchair users
  • Disabled toilet facilities
  • Free car park with disabled bays
  • Cycle racks
