Group Exercise Classes

Ordinarily we offer over 300+ fantastic group exercise classes each week within our leisure centres across Salford.

With everything from the essentials of Aerobics, Spinning and Circuits to Pilates, Push & Lift or Zumba, we have classes designed for cardio workouts, strength and conditioning, flexibility, relaxation and posture; we know you’ll be able to find a class that suits your needs.

We reserve the right to change the time of and / or cancel any classes with notice.

You can book onto a group exercise class by using any of the following methods:

Members can book classes up to 7 days in advance. Non-members can book classes 3 days in advance with payment in full at the time of booking

As of Monday 2 August, we introduced a late cancellation and non-attendance charge for pre-booked sessions. If you pre-book a session and decide not to attend, you need to cancel the session at least 1 hour prior to the session start time to avoid a charge of £3.

We have a high number of sessions that are booked and not attended resulting in spaces that could have been booked by another customer.

If you are unable to cancel the session within the hour due to unforeseen reasons please speak to the leisure centre who will consider removing the charge.
