Brand new, low intensity class designed to build functional strength and balance- something we should all be thinking about!

Emphasis on increasing muscle strength, bone strength, improving agility, reactions, coordination and balance.

Exercises will target the muscles that help improve our balance and stability including thighs and glutes that help our hip strength; knee stability so we can perform activities like sit to stands and picking things up from the floor; and abdominal and spinal muscles that help keep our centre and spine aligned to maintain and improve posture enabling us to have a centre of gravity that reduces the risk of falling when we get older.

Utilising equipment and bodyweight to include dynamic, functional movements, strength and balance challenges and some floor work.
