If you wish to change your Direct Debit membership to another Direct Debit membership please fill in the below form.

Before you complete the form please see our membership terms and conditions.

For qualifying companies for the Corporate membership please check out the Corporate page and see the list of companies at the bottom of the page.

Please note: any forms submitted in the 2 working days before your payment due date (for example, after 28th October for 1st November) won’t be processed until the following month as the payment will already have been requested from the bank.

If you wish to unfreeze your membership and return to our centres, please complete the below form.

Once you have submitted the form, you will be contacted by a member of our team to confirm your unfreeze date and when your payments will restart. Please note you will NOT be able to book before you receive this confirmation.

If you pay monthly by Direct Debit, then we’ll inform you when your payments will re-start. If you pay upfront, we’ll inform you of the remaining length of your membership and your new expiry date.

Please note this is not an automated system, once you have completed this form, we will contact you to confirm that your membership has been unfrozen. This could take up to 72 hours for the unfreeze process to be completed.
We will confirm with you, your UNFREEZE date, your payment date and amount within 72 hours. You will then be able to book a gym, swim or class.
Freezing your membership

To submit an request to freeze your membership with please fill in the below form. For requests related to any medical conditions, travel or financial reasons, please tick ‘Free of charge’ and upload proof to support this request. For all other reasons, please note that there will be a charge of £5 per month.

We understand there may come a time when you’re thinking about cancelling your membership with us. But before you do, we want you to make sure this is the right decision for you?

Being active, leading a healthy lifestyle and undertaking regular exercise is more important than ever right now. Regular exercise is recognised as a great way to boost your immune system and having a strong immune system is the best defence against fighting disease or illness such as COVID-19.

So we encourage all our members to return to regular exercise in our centres.

Freeze Your Membership

If you are considering cancelling, did you know you can freeze your membership for up to 6 months? You can pay £5 per month to keep your membership frozen and return to your membership when you are ready. This really is the best option if you are unsure about keeping your membership. It means you can return at the same membership price you are currently paying.

After the COVID-19 we’re constantly looking at ways to improve our offer, build back better and enable our members to continue on their fitness journey. We’re looking at options to increase opening times and expanding the group exercise class in the coming months, whilst still offering a safe environment following social distancing guidelines.

Still thinking of cancelling?

Remember, if you do cancel, we cannot guarantee that you can sign up to a new membership in the future with the same rate you were previously paying. Our prices do rise and you would be paying more if you cancel and re-join in the future.
