Freeze your Membership

To submit a request to freeze your membership please fill in the below form. For requests related to any medical conditions, travel or financial reasons, please tick ‘Free of charge’ and upload proof to support this request. For all other reasons, please note that there will be a charge of £5 per month.

Please note – any forms submitted in the 2 working days before your payment due date won’t be processed until the following month as the payment will already have been requested from the bank.
