Our Born to Move Programme is available at Worsley Leisure Centre.
These sessions are fun and designed to get your children moving using all the core movement skills. As children get older their skill level increases and this is a great way to introduce them to exercise for the rest of their lives.
Suitable for children aged from 2 years right through to 16 years.
Tuesday | 4.30pm – 5.30pm | Suitable for 10 – 16 years
Thursday | 5.15pm – 6.15pm | Suitable for 6 – 9 years
Saturday | 11.00am – 11.30am | Suitable for 2 – 4 years
Saturday | 11.30am – 12.00pm | Suitable for 4 – 7 years
