3) You / your clubs Coaches / Instructors have attended a recognised course in the protection of children and/or vulnerable adults such as those delivered by Sports Coach UK? *

Note: Failure to have all such requirements in place in time for any subsequent booking applications will result in that booking being refused.

a) Club Constitution showing your Membership Policy.
