Les Mills Shapes classes offer an invigorating blend of Pilates, barre, and power yoga set to modern beats. It’s a low impact but intense way to heat up your training! Classes are available to book at Swinton & Pendlebury Leisure Centre and Worsley Leisure Centre on the app now!

Classes are running at Swinton & Pendlebury Leisure Centre on:

  • Thursdays at 10.20am
  • Saturdays at 10am
  • Thursdays at 7.25pm

And Worsley Leisure Centre on:

  • Mondays ay 10am

Les Mills Strength Development classes are designed for all fitness levels, to build muscle strength, improve lifting technique, and enhance confidence to enable you to train more effectively on the gym floor and in the studio.

Each specially designed class has a focus on a specific body part or a specific training outcome such as power, athleticism or pure strength to help participants achieve their personal goals.

Classes are running at Worsley and Eccles Leisure Centres on:

  • Monday 6.30am at Worsley Leisure Centre
  • Thursday 6.50pm at Eccles Leisure Centre
  • Saturday 9.30am at Eccles Leisure Centre
