Our adult events and workshops offer a wide range of activities designed to help you learn new skills, stay active and connect with others in a relaxed and friendly environment.

From craft workshops and creative writing to dance classes, book clubs and more, there’s something for everyone — whether you’re trying something new or returning to a favourite hobby.

No previous experience is needed for most activities, and many sessions are suitable for beginners. Our workshops are led by welcoming tutors and facilitators who create supportive spaces where everyone can take part at their own pace.

Adult Dance Classes

Women dancing

A fun, friendly environment where you can improve your fitness, learn new moves, and meet new people! No experience needed, just bring your energy and passion. Let's dance!

Street Dance

Level up your skills, learn fresh chorography and keep fit with a group that’s as passionate about dance as you are! Designed for people aged 18yrs + who have previous dance experience (intermediate to advanced). Classes held Thursdays from 7.15-8.15pm at Worsley United Reformed Church.

£5.10 per week paid in a block, first class free! Spaces are limited, book now by emailing dance@scll.co.uk.

Dance4All

A low to medium intensity dance class combining both seated and standing dance routines. An ideal class for those who love to dance but don’t want to overdo it. A feel good, fun and light hearted class taken at an easy pace that features a range of dance styles, steps, movements and songs.

Dance through the Decades

A medium intensity dance class that will get you moving and grooving to songs from the 60’s to the current date. A fun and enjoyable class that features a range of dance styles, steps, movements and songs. Previous dance experience is not needed.

£4.80 per session, FREE as part of the Salford Community Leisure gym membership. Book via the app or by contacting your local leisure centre.
