Following the implementation of our new booking system last year, we are now reintroducing charges for late cancellations and non-attendance of classes. This will come into action on Monday 10th February 2025.
This helps to ensure that all customers have equal access to classes and activities whilst discouraging last minute cancellations and no-shows that could otherwise occupy valuable spaces.
Can we remind you that if you cancel a class with less than one hour’s notice or do not attend, a charge will be applied to your account which will prevent you from making any further bookings until paid.
| New app reminder feature
A class auto-reminder feature has been introduced on the app, which notifies you 24 hours and 4 hours before your class booking. We hope you find this new feature useful. |
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are swiping in at reception to record your attendance, prior to every session.
