Our Butterfly Stroke Development Workshop will take the swimmers through an extensive butterfly stroke correction process and will aim to teach important technique drills.

This includes improvement of basic stroke principles and aims to develop correct timing of the stroke, which is essential to improving butterfly.

Workshop running on Friday 28th August at Worsley Leisure Centre.

  • 9:15am – Stages 5 & 6
  • 10:15am – Stages 3 & 4
