To help keep our facilities safe, reliable, and enjoyable for everyone, the swimming pool at Eccles Leisure Centre will be closed from Monday, 20 July for approximately seven weeks while essential maintenance works are carried out.
The work is expected to take around seven weeks, and we’ll keep members and customers updated throughout the project. If there are any changes to the reopening date, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
The temporary closure only affects the swimming pool.
The gym, fitness classes, sports facilities, and all other areas of Eccles Leisure Centre will remain open and continue operating as normal, so you can still enjoy everything else the centre has to offer.
During the closure, your membership will still give you access to the swimming pools at our other Salford Community Leisure centres, so you can continue your regular swim without interruption.
We appreciate your understanding while we carry out these important improvements. These works will help ensure our pool remains a safe, reliable, and enjoyable facility for everyone.
