Following the success of our last HYROX SIM, we’re doing it all again!

Get ready for the full HYROX race-day experience at CrossFit SCL, right in the heart of Salford Quays.

Spaces are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

Open to members and non-members, so whether you’re preparing for an upcoming HYROX event, want to test your progress or simply fancy taking on the challenge, we’d love to see you there.
