As you know, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we’ve had to implement due procedures for visiting our leisure centres. A visit to our centres will look different, but we’ve implemented these new procedures to help keep you and our staff safe.
Perhaps the biggest change to our operating procedure is that you now have to book in advance before you visit. All members must book, whether you want to use the gym, attend a group exercise class or go for a swim.
If you are ready to return, you need to request to unfreeze your membership before being able to book a session.
You will not be allowed to take part in any activity unless you have already pre-booked in advance. We will be operating a timetable for all activities with reduced numbers to enable us to follow social distancing guidelines and conduct thorough cleaning between sessions.
We’re encouraging everyone to book online if you can using our app on here via our website. Group exercise class bookings will continue to operate as they did previously, we’ll just have a reduced timetable of classes.
You’ll be able to book all activities 7 days in advance.

If you’re unable to book online or via the App, you can book an activity by calling your leisure centre when it has re-opened.
