As you know, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we’ve had to implement new procedures for visiting our leisure centres. A visit to our centres will look different, but we’ve implemented these new procedures to help keep you and our staff safe.
Perhaps the biggest change to our operating procedure is that you now have to book in advance before you visit. All members/non-members must book, whether you want to use the gym, attend a group exercise class or go for a swim.
You will not be allowed to take part in any activity unless you have already pre-booked in advance.
We will be operating a timetable for all activities with reduced numbers to enable us to follow social distancing guidelines and conduct thorough cleaning between sessions.
We’re encouraging everyone to book online if you can using our app or here via our website. Group exercise class bookings will continue to operate as they did previously, we’ll just have a reduced timetable of classes.
Members can book 7 days in advance whilst non-members can book 3 days in advance.
Members – if your account is still frozen please request to unfreeze your membership. Once you receive your unfreeze confirmation, you will be able to book. From 1 October, all memberships will be automatically unfrozen. Not ready to come back? Complete a form to keep your membership frozen.

Non-members can pay as you go and book individual gym/swim sessions and classes. Just follow the instructions below.
If you are not a member and wish to ‘pay as you go’, please register your details by following the step by step guide below.
*If you are already within our system, a message will show saying ‘You are already registered with us’. This will send an email to the registered email on your account asking you to create a password. If you don’t receive this email, please contact your local leisure centre or email email@example.com to update your email address connected to your account.
Once you have updated your email address, set up a password. Once a password is set you will then be able to book using any of the following methods:
