The lessons automatically begin on the next available date and this cannot be amended online. If you require a future start date please visit reception to do this.

If you are part way through a 10 session block and want to change to Direct Debit, you will need to do this at reception.

If you receive the error:

This means that we already have your email on our system registered against another member account (could be yourself or a child). If you have previously registered a child with Home Portal for Swimming Lessons, log into Home Portal first to purchase lessons. If you haven’t, please contact reception to resolve.

Please use the email address already recorded against the current member record or contact reception to change to an alternative.

The system will hold the place in the lessons so you will need to contact reception to pay via another method.

We offer 1st or 15th collection dates. Joining online automatically sets the collection date to 1st, if you want to change to 15th please complete the below form.
