Our Breaststroke Development Workshop will take swimmers through an extensive breaststroke stroke correction process and will aim to teach important technique drills.

This includes improvement of basic stroke principles and aims to develop correct timing of the stroke, which is essential to improving breaststroke.

Workshop running on Tuesday 28th May, 10:00-11:00am at Irlam & Cadishead Leisure Centre.

£7 per child, book by contacting your local leisure centre.
