Heritage Open Days at Eccles Library: Edward Potts and Eccles Library: The man with a broad and sympathetic heart.

Library Development Officer Claire Gorton will be giving a talk on Edward Potts, the renowned Victorian Mill Architect, who also gave his services freely to design the Eccles Carnegie Library, and was also the first Charman of the Eccles Borough Council Library Committee.
