Join our Family Lifesaving Sessions this Summer and learn essential water safety and lifesaving skills as a family.
These interactive sessions are designed to help children and adults build confidence in and around the water while learning practical skills that could help keep themselves and others safe.
Each session includes one hour in the pool, where families will learn water safety awareness, basic rescue techniques, and lifesaving skills through fun, practical activities. Participants will then spend one hour learning CPR, gaining valuable knowledge and hands-on experience that could help in an emergency situation.
