Flying The Flag For Green Libraries: Creative Workshop for Children and Young People

Join us at Swinton Library and help create a community flag celebrating the power of nature, your borough of Greater Manchester, and the power of Libraries! Work with Cabasa CIC Artists to bring your area’s design to life.

  • Try batik (hot wax painting) – for ages 10+ only
  • Join in with tie-dye activities – fun for ages 5+

The finished flag will represent Salford as part of a Greater Manchester wide exhibition next year.

FREE, but booking is essential. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Please note: as this will be a messy and crafty session, please wear suitable clothing.
