Rise Gymnastics is a fun packed programme that provides a progressive journey through recreational gymnastics.

Our taster sessions will provide your child with the opportunity to take part in one of the sessions to see what we have to offer and find out more about our Active Gymnastics membership.

There are 2 sessions available; 4pm or 4.45pm please book the session you wish to attend.
