Synchro (Artistic swimming) is a combination of gymnastics and dance in the water! In the session, swimmers will learn the basic techniques of the sport and also have fun learning routines.
Session runs from 10:00-11:00am on 11th August at Swinton & Pendlebury Leisure Centre.
This 1-hour taster session is open to all children who can swim 50m (2 lengths), and who are comfortable underwater (forward rolls etc).

Please note: Children must be aged 6 years + and at Stage 5 in swimming lessons.
