Bring a Friend for Free in February!

With January now behind us, hopefully your fitness goals are still on track and your motivation is still going strong.

We all know that our motivation can start to wane after the first few months into a new routine. So, what’s the key to staying focused? The main motivator we hear from our members on a regular basis is having someone to work out with.

So, we’ve introduced Bring a Friend for Free to help keep your workout motivation at a maximum during February!

Available from Valentine’s Day – Monday 14 February until Monday 28 February, simply bring your friend or family member along with you and our receptionists will allocate their one day pass there and then. It’s as simple as that!
