Please note an essential upgrade of our online IT systems is taking place from Monday 14 December. This work will affect things like our app, booking system and online membership sales.

It means from Monday 14 December you will not be able to:

  • Book sessions via the app or online
  • Purchase a new membership, or renew an existing membership
  • Book new swimming lessons
  • Switch to a different swimming lesson
  • View swimming progress via Learn2 app
  • Book badminton or squash courts online

If you do need assistance with any of the above, please call your local leisure centre. We expect this work to last for 2-3 days and we will inform all members when the systems are back up and running again.

We apologise for the inconvenience, but this upgrade is an essential piece of work that is required at this time.
