Our Leisure Centres are re-opening!

As we follow the guidelines set out by the government in their roadmap to recovery plan, we’re delighted to confirm that our leisure centres will be re-opening on Monday 12 April.

We’re looking forward to welcoming you back once again, so you can continue your fitness journey with us.

In line with government regulations, gym sessions and swimming can resume. But, as per government guidance, group exercises classes are not able to restart until Monday 17 May, at the earliest.

However, we will be starting a new programme of SCL Al Fresco / Zoom – outdoor exercises classes. Look out for more details coming soon on our social media channels.

View our Leisure Centre FAQs which should answer any questions you have. Still got a query? Email us at info@scll.co.uk.

What You Need to Know

We will be following the same guidance as per previous lockdowns. All our COVID secure procedures continue to be in place in our centres:

  • Additional cleaning measures in place
  • Masks must be worn in all areas of our centres when not taking part in an activity
  • Social distancing measures in place with limited numbers of customers in our centres at any one time and floor markers to help maintain the 2 metre rule.
  • All activities must be pre-booked online or via our app.

If you haven’t already got our FREE app, simply log onto your app store on your mobile, search for Salford Community Leisure app and download. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can request a password reset. Or if you are having trouble accessing your account, simply get in touch with us by emailing collections@scll.co.uk.

Don’t worry if you don’t have the app or access to the internet, once we have re-opened you will also be able to call the centre and book an activity.

We look forward to seeing you back in our centres soon.
