To make your repayment process more convenient, we offer the option to set up a payment plan by Direct Debit. A £10 setup fee if required for this service.
Once the form is completed and submitted you will receive confirmation of your payment schedule within 5 working days via e-mail. If Direct Debit details are submitted too close to a processing date your payment plan will begin the following month.
By providing your bank details below, you authorise us to collect the agreed amount from your bank account. Please ensure that all information provided is accurate to avoid any delays or issues with your payments.

The outstanding balance will be collected in equal instalments as selected above. A payment schedule confirmation e-mail will follow.
• This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
• If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit Salford Community Leisure will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Salford Community Leisure to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
• If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by Salford Community Leisure or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society. If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Salford Community Leisure asks you to.
• You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify Salford Community Leisure Ltd of this request.
