Here, we’re showing you the wide grip lat pull-down — a fantastic move that targets your lats and helps build a strong back. It’s an essential exercise to include in any pull-focused workout routine.

This demo shows the wide grip variation. Variations like the neutral grip (using parallel handles) and single-arm pull-downs offer unique angles and muscle activation to keep your workouts balanced.
