National Fitness Day – Wednesday 21 September

We’re taking part in the National Fitness Day celebrations, which for the past decade has helped millions of people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds to find or rediscover a fitness activity they love.

Are you new to the gym or fancy trying a group exercise class?

Join us on 21 September when we will be running beginner sessions. Our friendly qualified instructors will show you how to use the gym equipment effectively to get the most out of your workout. Plus beginner group exercise classes that you can give a try.

In the meantime, don’t forget swimming at all six of our pools across Salford is included in your SCL membership so why not mix up your workout with a swim. Take a look at the benefits here if you need a bit of persuasion!
