It’s World Mental Health Day today (10th October).

It is s a day to talk about mental health and show everyone that mental health matters. It’s also a day to let people know that it’s okay to ask for help, no matter what you’re going through. One of the cheapest and easiest ways to boost your mental health instantly is to become more active.

You can simply take a walk in the fresh air, take part in aerobic exercises including jogging, swimming, cycling, walking, gardening, and dancing, all of which have been proven to reduce anxiety and depression.
