We’ve been working hard, so you can get back to working out and back in the pool. Following government guidance that gyms and leisure centres can re-open, we’re delighted that our leisure centres were able to re-open their doors.
Phased re-opening schedule:
Worsley | NOW OPEN (as of 27 July) |
Irlam & Cadishead | NOW OPEN (as of 3 August) |
Swinton & Pendlebury | NOW OPEN (as of 10 August) |
Eccles | NOW OPEN (as of 10 August) |
Broughton | NOW OPEN (as of 17 August) |
Clarendon | NOW OPEN (as of 24 August) |
Ordsall | NOW OPEN (for pitch hire only, gym re-opening date TBC) |
Salford Sports Village | NOW OPEN (as of 14 September) |
A visit to the gym and pool will look different. We’ve introduced social distancing guidelines, new cleaning procedures and a booking system, restricting the number of members in our centres at any one time.
We’re confident the new procedures we have implemented will enable you to visit safely.

Memberships
Now our leisure centres have re-opened, all gym memberships were automatically unfrozen on Thursday 1 October. Not ready to come back? No problem! You can keep your membership frozen by paying £5 per month.
We understand that you might have lots of questions about your membership, so to help answer your queries we’ve created a range of resources.
If you have any queries regarding your membership, please email memberships@scll.co.uk.
