Update: We are thrilled to share the great news that our Gym, Studio and Ladies-only Gym have re-opened ahead of schedule. All facilities resumed operation as of 6:15am on Monday, 17th July. Please note all frozen memberships have been automatically unfrozen. We look forward to seeing you!
Due to essential maintenance work required within the upstairs area at Broughton Leisure Centre, the gym (including the ladies only gym) and studio will be closed from Monday 3rd July for a four week period to allow for works to replace the air-conditioning system.
The maintenance work will include removing the old air conditioning unit and replacing it with a brand new one which will provide a much improved experience whilst using the gym or taking part in a group exercise class.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The swimming pool, sauna and steam room will be unaffected by the works. You can continue to use the gym and class programme at our other leisure centres across the city during this time, or if you prefer, you can choose to freeze your membership free of charge, and your membership will reactivate once the gym reopens.
