Our Front Crawl Stroke Development Workshop will take the swimmers through an extensive front crawl stroke correction process and will aim to teach important technique drills.

This includes improvement of basic stroke principles and aims to develop correct timing of the stroke, which is essential to improving front crawl.

Workshop running on Wednesday 29th May, 10:30-11:15am at Clarendon Leisure Centre.
