Come and join us for this month’s Thursday Culture Club where we will be having a Laughter Yoga session led by Caroline Jones.
Laughter Yoga is a therapeutic practice combining intentional laughter exercises with deep yoga breathing to improve physical and mental health. Laughter Yoga is known to reduce cortisol, boost immunity and release endorphins.
Come along and have some fun!
