Stretch Zone
Is a designated space for resistance training, featuring a wide range of Techno Gym resistance machines. These machines use adjustable weights, pulley and hydraulic resistance, to provide controlled movement for effective strength training. Our machines target various muscle groups, and are perfect for anyone looking to train their upper and lower body.
Kit list – Leg press, chest press, shoulder press, leg extension, leg curl, kinesis machine, seated lat pull-down, dual adjustable pulley (upper body), smith machine, free weights benches, EZ bar and dumbbells 1-35kg.
Cardio Zone
With machines and equipment designed for cardiovascular workouts, to assist you on your goal to improve heart health, stamina and overall fitness.

Our Gym Gear equipment features treadmills, stationary bikes (upright & recumbent), cross-trainers and concept2 rower.
