These sessions encourage involvement in swimming for people who require additional care and support needs or are recovering from an injury.
Equipment is available for assistance from the changing rooms to poolside. Our pools have fully accessible changing rooms and hoists are available to aid easy access to the pools, this means that you and your family can come along to any of our sessions.
There is no need to book, just simply turn up and enjoy!
Sessions are held on Tuesday 11am-12pm at Swinton Leisure Centre
