Whilst the pandemic has, and continues to have the potential to take its toll on our mental health, one of the cheapest and easiest ways to boost your mental health instantly is to become more active.

You can simply take a walk in the fresh air. There’s no need to run a marathon in order to feel better (although you might want to work towards this)!

Aerobic exercises including jogging, swimming, cycling, walking, gardening, and dancing, have been proven to reduce anxiety and depression.
