Our dedicated HYROX programme is designed for athletes of all levels—from first-timers to seasoned competitors. Whether you’re training for your first race or pushing for a new personal best, our expert coaches and proven programming will help you build endurance, strength, and performance that lasts.
At the heart of our offering is HYROX365—a year-round approach that ensures you’re always progressing, always improving. This comprehensive training cycle blends functional fitness with endurance-focused work, so you’re not just fit for race day—you’re fit for life.
Our CrossFit box is kitted out with everything you need for HYROX success, and we offer dedicated HYROX sessions every day of the week:
Monday: 6am, 7am & 7pm
Tuesday: 6am & 7am
Wednesday: 7pm
Thursday: 7pm
Friday: 6am, 7am, 12:15pm, 5pm & 6pm
Saturday: 11am
Sunday: 10am–12pm (part of our Open Gym sessions)
