We’re re-opening and can’t wait to welcome you back!

As you may have seen, we’ve been working, so you can get back to working out and back in the pool. Following government guidance that gyms and leisure centres can re-open, we’re delighted that our leisure centres can start to open their doors.

The schedule for the phased re-opening of our leisure centres is:

  • Worsley – NOW OPEN (as of 27 July)
  • Irlam & Cadishead – NOW OPEN (as of 3 August)
  • Swinton & Pendlebury – NOW OPEN (as of 10 August)
  • Eccles – NOW OPEN (as of 10 August)
  • Broughton – NOW OPEN (as of 17 August)
  • Clarendon – NOW OPEN (as of 24 August)
  • Ordsall – Monday 24 August (pitch hire only)
  • Salford Sports Village – Monday 14 September (pitch re-opening date TBC)

We’re ready to welcome you back and we’re confident the new procedures we have implemented will enable you to visit safely.

A visit to the gym and pool will look different. We’ve introduced social distancing guidelines, new cleaning procedures and a booking system, restricting the number of members in our centres at any one time.

Memberships

All gym memberships are currently FROZEN, which means we’ve not been taking any payments during our closure.

If you wish to UNFREEZE your membership and return to our centres, you need to inform us by completing a Request to UNFREEZE form.

If you pay monthly by Direct Debit, then we’ll inform you when your payments will restart.

If you’ve paid upfront, we’ll inform you of the remaining length of your membership and your new expiry date.

If you’re still not ready to start back on your fitness journey with us when we re-open, don’t worry. We will only be unfreezing your membership if you ask us to. We will not UNFREEZE your membership until you tell us to and no membership payments will be taken until you UNFREEZE.

We understand you might have lots of questions about the re-opening so to help answer your queries we’ve created a range of resources:

If you have any queries regarding your membership, please email memberships@scll.co.uk.
