We provide a wide range of swimming lessons catering for all ages and abilities at our 5 pools across the city.
Often known as 'water ballet', Artistic Swimming combines elements of dance, gymnastics, swimming and cheerleading into a highly technical sport.
These great classes are based in the pool and are a fantastic way to maintain stamina, strength and ensure that you maintain your flexibility.
Our Aqua Relax sessions offer a relaxing swimming environment ideal for people who prefer to swim in a quiet and friendly environment with people similar to themselves.
All our pools host family swim sessions, which are perfect for families to come and enjoy the pool, squash about and have fun.

A general swim session, without dedicated lanes. Perfect for families and groups of friends that want to enjoy the pool together.
Make a splash and bring the kids down to our fantastic Splash sessions! There will be floats and lots of fun and laughter to had.

These sessions encourage involvement in swimming for people who require additional care and support needs or are recovering from an injury.
We offer a number of female only swim sessions at Eccles and Worsley Leisure Centre.
There's no better feeling than swimming in the great outdoors! Join us at our open water swimming sessions at Salford Watersports Centre.
Sessions are specially tailored for families to enjoy swim time together with a child who has a disability or additional needs.
